We know terms and conditions can be long. Here is the short version:
1.Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern every booking, tour, transfer, and service provided by Jordan Drive Tribe, a privately operated tour and transportation company based in Amman, Jordan. By submitting a booking inquiry, paying a deposit, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are booking on behalf of a group or other travelers, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you will inform them of the relevant details.
2.Our Services
Jordan Drive Tribe provides private guided tours, airport and inter-city transfers, and fully customized multi-day itineraries across Jordan. Every tour is private — you will never be placed on a shared bus or grouped with strangers unless you specifically request a group tour.
All vehicles are modern, air-conditioned, and well-maintained. Drivers are professional, fluent English speakers, and knowledgeable about Jordan's history, culture, and hidden gems.
3.Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we have received your details and confirmed availability directly with you. We do not currently require an online deposit to hold a booking; full payment is arranged directly with our team, typically in cash (USD) on the day of your tour.

- –You will receive a confirmation message (email or WhatsApp) once we have confirmed your driver and vehicle details ahead of your tour date.
It is your responsibility to check that names, dates, flight numbers, and pickup locations provided at booking are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or missed pickups caused by incorrect information supplied to us.
4.Pricing & Payment
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, and are per vehicle or per person as indicated at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on group size, vehicle type, season, and itinerary complexity.
- –Quoted prices include the driver, vehicle, fuel, and standard toll/parking fees unless stated otherwise.
- –Quoted prices do not include entrance fees to sites and attractions unless explicitly listed as included.
- –Additional stops, detours, or extended hours requested on the day may incur extra charges, agreed with your driver beforehand where possible.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website or in written quotes prior to confirming a booking.
5.Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both travelers and our team of drivers and guides:
- –Most day tours and transfers: please cancel with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time.
- –Multi-day tours, accommodation, and luxury packages: please cancel with at least 7 days notice before the scheduled start date.
- –If any deposit or advance payment was collected for your booking, the same notice windows above apply to a full refund. Cancellations made after these windows, or no-shows, may not be refundable, as drivers and guides are reserved specifically for your booking.
- –If Jordan Drive Tribe must cancel a tour (for example, due to safety concerns or driver unavailability), you will receive a full refund of any amount paid, or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
To cancel or request a refund, please contact us as early as possible via WhatsApp, phone, or email so we can process your request promptly.
6.Changes to Your Itinerary
We are fully flexible. If you want to change your route, add a stop, or adjust the schedule on the day of your tour, simply tell your driver and we will accommodate where reasonably possible.
Requests to change dates, add days, or significantly alter a multi-day itinerary should be made as early as possible and may affect the total price. We will always confirm any price change with you before proceeding.
7.Traveler Responsibilities
To help us deliver a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that all travelers:
- –Arrive at agreed pickup points on time — significant delays may shorten your tour or affect subsequent bookings for your driver.
- –Follow your driver's or guide's safety instructions, particularly at natural sites such as Wadi Rum, Petra, and Wadi Mujib.
- –Treat drivers, guides, and local communities with respect.
- –Hold valid travel documents, visas, and any required permits for entry into Jordan and for specific sites.
- –Arrange their own travel insurance — Jordan Drive Tribe does not provide travel, medical, or cancellation insurance.
Jordan Drive Tribe reserves the right to end a tour early, without refund, in cases of dangerous, abusive, or illegal behavior by a traveler.
8.Vehicles, Drivers & Third-Party Providers
We select drivers, guides, hotels, and other service partners with care, but some services included in your itinerary — such as hotels, restaurants, campsites, and activity operators (e.g. hot air balloon or diving providers) — are delivered by independent third parties.
Jordan Drive Tribe acts as the coordinator of your private tour and is not itself the operator of these third-party services. While we take reasonable care in selecting reputable partners, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service quality of independent third parties beyond our direct control.
9.Liability & Disclaimers
Travel in Jordan, as with any destination, carries inherent risks — including those related to road travel, desert and mountain terrain, and outdoor activities. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
- –Jordan Drive Tribe is not liable for loss, injury, illness, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including accidents, weather, road conditions, or third-party negligence.
- –We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connecting flights or other travel bookings, resulting from delays outside our control.
- –Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid to Jordan Drive Tribe for that specific booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of Jordan.
10.Force Majeure
Jordan Drive Tribe is not responsible for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government action, border closures, civil unrest, strikes, or public health emergencies.
In such cases, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule your tour or provide an appropriate refund, taking into account costs already committed to third parties on your behalf.
11.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute arising from a booking or these Terms will first be addressed through direct communication with our team, in good faith, before any formal proceedings.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically, particularly before making a new booking.
