How the Day Runs
Around two and a half hours from Amman. We aim to have you at the Siq entrance before the bigger tour groups arrive.
Roughly four to five hours inside, enough for the Treasury, Royal Tombs, and a relaxed walk through the main sites without feeling rushed toward the exit.
At a local restaurant near the Petra entrance, before the drive to the Dead Sea. Nothing fancy, just properly good, and it's already paid for.
About an hour and a half, mostly downhill, literally, since you're heading toward the lowest point on Earth.
Late afternoon light on the water is genuinely the best time to be here. A couple of hours is usually enough to float, mud up, rinse off, and still feel unrushed.
About an hour back, so you're not getting in too late even with the long day behind you.
